Situated on an elevated part of Melanesia Road, our client has a vision to uplift the housing scene in the area. The client’s brief is four new luxury homes to be designed by two architectural practices. One intriguing but at the same time challenging aspect is the lack of dialogue between the 2 practices, but we believe cohesion and compliment can be achieved through logical considerations to the brief and the site parameters.
